Tender announcement for automatic powder coating line

The main requested technical parameters of coating line :
- Loading uploading coating items manual , the rest parts of line are automatic
- Conveyor speed is basic 1,0 m/min with the opportunity to adjust in the range 0,5-2,5 m/min
- Coating material cold rolled and galvanized steel
- Dimensions of product max. 500х2500х3000 mm
- Jet surface treatment quantity of baths - 6 pieces
- Automatic powder coating camera – stationery, cyclone type
- Power resources – natural gas, electricity
