A new perforation line by Sonnen (Belgium) efforts 500 tonne, speed punching is 300 steps per minute. |
The use of highly productive equipment and progressive technologies allows to produce quickly large lots of perforated metal sheets, punched screens, expanded metal and a wide range of finished articles.

The highly precise punching in elements is carried out by means of a turret press. Application of highly firm tools in the press allows not only to punch complicated contours, holes of various forms and sizes, but also to make complicated elements as jalousie, to punch holes with expanding and threading and etc. |
• Bending details with high precision is provided by bend machines with computer control.Our press is equipped with the so called system of bombing, which allows to keep the angle of bending along the whole length of even the longest details.
• Our specialists efficiently and highly qualified make computer designing. Preparation of the program for machine tools with computer control allows to use digital drawings AUTOCAD and easily change them. Automatic design of details increases coefficient of the use of a sheet up to 80-90%.
