In 1885 the Plant of metal plates and punched tin-plates was established.The founder of the enterprise was a Belgian manufacturer B.Shapar Within 125 years for you:

- 1936 - 1991 – leader amoung the enterprise of the USSR in the manufacturing of the perforated sheet with the unique functions of development manufacturing technology and standards.
- 1996 – privatization of the enterprise (100% private capital).
- 1997 – The Kharkov Frunze Plant became a participant of the Association of European perforators “EUROPERF”.
- 2003 – the quality system of enterprise certified on conformity to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001: 2000 (TNO, Netherlands).
